We accept returned or exchanged merchandise within 7 days after the shipment date. You must have an original receipt for a return or exchange. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Any orders without an original receipt may not be made.
Orders purchased online may also be returned at our Kitchener location.
Returned/exchanged item must be unopened/unused and in new condition with the original tags.
Exceptions to returns
- Hair Extensions, Wigs, Closures, Hair Pieces: Must be unopened and in new condition, which includes all tags for a full refund.
- Clothing: Unfortunately, all clothing merchandise are exchange only. Items must be in new/unworn condition and include all tags. Clothing items may only be purchased and exchanged in-store only.
