Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. In the case that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help.

  • UNOPENED packs of hair are eligible for exchange or refund up to 7 days from purchase - must be in saleable condition.

  • ALL hair products | body products | wigs | ponytails | clothing | accessories & sale items are FINAL SALE.

  • UNOPENED/UNUSED bonnets | durags | caps | wraps | combs & brushes may be exchanged within 7 days from purchase.

Please ensure you choose the right size/color/material to your preference. We will not accept opened/damaged product(s) due to wrong size or preference of color.

Please retain your receipt for refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges must include original receipt or packing slip.

Please bring the original method of payment (debit, mastercard, visa, etc.) in order to receive the full refund amount. We are unable to give a refund without the original payment card.

Returned product(s) must be in original packaging and include any packaging manuals in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges to anything that doesn't meet the criteria.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges without original proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns of:

Any valid product(s) returned more than 7 days from the date of purchase

Any valid product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its box or plastic)

Any valid product(s) not in its original condition

Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above. We will not issue refunds/exchanges for non-qualifying items.
