Final Sale Items:
All hair products, body products, wigs, clothing, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Items ending in $.97 are typically clearance items and are also final sale.
Conditions
- Customers can return online orders in-store or via mail.
- To return online orders in-store, bring the original receipt and the payment method used for the purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For mail returns, customers must contact us at returns@modestmodern.ca within 7 days of receiving their order to initiate the return.
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition, including all packaging materials and manuals.
- Return shipping costs for mail returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the wrong item was sent.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

RETURN & EXCHANGES FAQ
1. Can I Return/Exchange My Purchase In-Person?
Absolutely! We accept exchanges from both in-store and online purchases. Please have receipt ready upon showing up!
2. Can I return an item if I lost my receipt?
We require the original receipt for all returns and exchanges to ensure proper processing. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges without it.
3. My shipment is damaged. Help!?
