Beauty+ Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 1st, 2024Welcome to the Beauty+ Loyalty Program (“Beauty+”, “Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Program.
1. Program Eligibility and Enrollment
1.1. The Beauty+ Loyalty Program is open to individuals who are 16 years or older and have a valid email address.
1.2. Enrollment in the Program is free and no purchase is necessary to join.
1.3. To enroll, customers must complete the sign-up process in-store or online at www.modestmodern.ca. Once registered, members will start accumulating points on qualifying purchases.
1.4. Upon enrollment, members will receive a Beauty+ eCard, which can be added to their Apple Wallet or Android Wallet for easy access and use.
2. Earning Beauty+ Points
2.1. Members will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases, excluding taxes, discounts, and delivery charges.
2.2. Points are earned on eligible purchases made in-store and online.
2.3. Points will be added to the member’s account within 24 hours of the purchase.
2.4. No points are awarded for gift card purchases, promotional items, or items marked as “final sale” unless otherwise specified.
3. Redeeming Points
3.1. Points can be redeemed at the following tiers:
100 points = $2 off
250 points = $5 off
500 points = $12 off
1000 points = $25 off
3.2. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at Modest & Modern Beauty Boutique.
3.3. Members must have the minimum points required for redemption at the time of purchase to apply the discount.
3.4. Points are not transferable and can only be used by the member who earned them.
3.5. To redeem points in-store, members must present their Beauty+ eCard at checkout. Points can also be redeemed online by logging into their account.
4. eCard Terms
4.1. Members will receive their Beauty+ eCard upon joining the Program, which can be saved to Apple Wallet or Android Wallet.
4.2. The eCard will display the member’s point balance and can be used in-store to earn or redeem points.
4.3. Any updates to point balances or rewards will automatically reflect on the eCard.
4.4. The eCard is non-transferable and must only be used by the registered member.
5. Expiration and Inactivity
5.1. Points earned through the Beauty+ program will not expire as long as the member makes a purchase within 12 months of their last transaction.
5.2. Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be deemed inactive, and all points will be forfeited.
5.3. The Beauty+ account may be reactivated, but previously earned points will not be reinstated.
6. Program Benefits
6.1. Members may receive exclusive discounts, early access to new products, and same-day delivery discounts as part of the Program benefits.
6.2. Additional promotional offers may be introduced at the sole discretion of Modest & Modern Beauty Boutique. Details of such offers will be communicated through email, in-store, or online.
7. Changes to the Program
7.1. Modest & Modern Beauty Boutique reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Beauty+ Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
7.2. If the Program is terminated, all remaining points will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Information collected as part of the Beauty+ program is subject to Modest & Modern Beauty Boutique’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. By enrolling in the Program, members consent to receive marketing communications and promotional offers related to the Program. Members may opt out at any time.
9. Account Management
9.1. It is the responsibility of the member to keep their contact information, including email address, up to date to receive communications and offers.
9.2. Members can check their point balance, update information, or view transaction history by visiting modestmodern.ca or contacting customer service at help@modestmodern.ca.
10. General Terms
10.1. Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
10.2. Modest & Modern Beauty Boutique is not responsible for points or rewards that are lost, stolen, or expired.
10.3. Abuse of the Beauty+ Program, including but not limited to, fraudulent activity, may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of points.
By enrolling in the Beauty+ Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
