1. Eligibility
- UNOPENED packs of hair extensions are eligible for exchange or refund up to 7 days from purchase - must be in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- ALL hair products, body products, wigs, ponytails, clothing, accessories & sale items are FINAL SALE.
- UNOPENED/UNUSED bonnets, durags, caps, wraps, combs and brushes may be exchanged within 7 days from purchase.
2. Conditions
- Customers can return online orders in-store or via mail.
- To return online orders in-store, bring the original receipt and the payment method used for the purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For mail returns, customers must contact us at returns@modestmodern.ca within 7 days of receiving their order to initiate the return.
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition, including all packaging materials and manuals.
- Return shipping costs for mail returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the wrong item was sent.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria.
4. Additional Information
- Please ensure you choose the correct size, color, and material, as we do not accept opened or damaged products due to a change in preference.
- Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. We may not be responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect shipping details.
