5. Disputes & Chargebacks

5.1 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or third-party claim, you agree to contact us at support@modestmodern.ca or by mail at 3101 Kingsway Drive, Kitchener, Ontario, to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

5.2 Chargeback Policy

• Chargebacks are intended for cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

• By making a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution.

• Filing an unwarranted chargeback without attempting resolution may result in being barred from future purchases and/or legal action to recover fees and associated costs.

• We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe is filed without merit.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer same-day delivery to customers in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge for a standard fee.

7. Returns and Exchanges
