Is Click & Collect available for all products?
Yes! Most items are eligible for in-store pickup. While we strive to keep our inventory up-to-date, occasional stock shortages may occur.
How soon will my order be ready for pickup?
Orders are typically ready within 10 minutes* during store hours.
Orders placed ~5 minutes before closing time will be ready the next business day.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Please note that we're unable to change the items or quantities once your order is placed.
However, if you need to make a change, we’re happy to help once you arrive in-store — whether it's an exchange, return (if eligible), or purchasing additional items.
What if I can't pick up my order on the same day?
No worries! We’ll hold your order for up to 7 days. After that, uncollected orders will be canceled and refunded.
