Pricing Policy
All prices are clearly marked and final at the time of purchase.
We do not negotiate or accept bargaining offers. Thank you for understanding that our prices reflect the value and quality of the products we offer.

Sales & Promotions
Special sales and discounts apply only during active promotion periods as advertised.
Offers cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases or extended past the promotion period.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges or refunds on eligible items within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with proof of purchase.
  • Final sale items include all hair products, body care, wigs, ponytails, clothing, accessories, and items ending in $.97 (typically clearance). These cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Items
If a product is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your receipt.
We will assess the item and, if eligible, offer an exchange for the same product.

Product Requests
We welcome customer product requests through our official request system – “Request a Product”.
Requested items are not guaranteed to be stocked, but we will do our best to fulfill your request based on supplier availability.
